It transforms your 'home' to a 'house' which becomes a 'marketable product'. As a professionally trained Home Stager and Interior Decorator; my creativity, knowledge, and seller's belongings achieve this goal. I 'clear the clutter' and define each room for its true purpose. "If you can't see it, you can't sell it!!"
Buyers sometimes cannot envision a home when it is empty and unfurnished. I can furnish the house with furniture, accessories, and plants to show off each room's potential. "Buyers only know what they see and not the way it's going to be!"
Staged homes typically sell faster and for more money. The average length of time potential buyers visit 'Open Houses' is 6-9 minutes. Staged homes 40 minutes. The home is now pleasing to the eye and senses. Home Staging reduces the number of negative objections by the buyer.
Let me tell you how I work! My new listings will receive a free home staging consultation. This process takes approximately 2-4 hours. I walk through the home room by room rearranging furniture, accessory placement, and clear the clutter. For others, the fee is $199.00. Most of the time this is enough to get your home staged! But if I do have recommendations, you can complete the project yourself or I have a list of vendors that can be referred to you. In this competitive market, buyers have plenty to choose from - Make them notice yours!
'Home Redesign' Using the same basic principles of staging, I will enhance your home with your own belongings for a fresh decorator look! Fee is $199.00 for up to 4 hours, then $29.00 per hour. Custom window treatments, wallpaper, and painting services are available.
